                  This is a full time paid internship for six months. You may be a current student, or a fresh graduate looking for an exciting entry point into Asia’s leading omnichannel retailer. You don’t need to know beauty but an interest in our business will be helpful as will prior internship experience.

                  As Loyalty Intern you will support the design, development and implementation of the loyalty programme rewards, to drive sales growth through positive change to purchasing behaviour, customer retention and loyalty.

                  • Coordinate and assist online and offline campaigns
                  • Update and maintain marketing document
                  • Liaising with digital and retail Merchandising team to get forecasted quantities
                  • Corresponding with brands to seek support for our loyalty programs
                  • Attend brand meetings as appropriate
                  • Create PO's for Loyalty initiatives
                  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Campaign Executives to execute campaigns
                  • Manage and execute the rollout of loyalty offers (products & services)
                  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
                  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
                  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Social Media (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook etc.)
                  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast changing environment

                  Preferred Qualifications

                  The purpose of Beauty Pass, Sephora SEA’s loyalty program is to communicate and build relationships with potential and existing customers to keep them engaged, active and to maximise their lifetime value to Sephora.

                  You will be ready for challenge, keen to learn and will be a customer champion. You will put customers at the heart of everything you do, looking at ways to better serve their needs at every touchpoint with consistency through an Omni-channel approach.
